The Board of Directors for the Winton Water and Sanitary District at the Regular Board Meeting November 5, 2015 has amended the Ordinance 15-70 Section 1.1-11 Penalty/Liability for Violation. "Any person violating any of the provisions of the ordinances, rules or regulations of the District, shall receive a first notice (courtesy warning); on second notice imposing a seventy-five dollars ($75.00) fine and shutoff (disconnected), and shall become liable to the District for any expense, loss or damage, including attorney's fees incurred or occasioned by the District by reason of such violation. As such, due to shutoff (disconnect) a reconnect fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be assessed per Ordinance 10-69.
